User Requirements Specifications
In support of one of the EPR demonstrator sites in the South West of England, SD Partners has facilitated user workshops to define user requirements for a range of hospital systems, including:

Process Improvement & User Requirements Specifications
SD Partners has provided consultancy services to a government healthcare regulatory body. The work undertaken has included producing user requirements specifications, process improvement, work flow restructuring and management information reporting.
Output Based Specification
SD Partners has recently produced one of the first multi-site, multi-Trust PACS specifications. Through user workshops and one-to-one interviews we defined requirements and secured consensus across the six Trusts involved.
Process Mapping
In support of National Service Frameworks and Electronic Patient Records, SD Partners has facilitated user workshops supported by one-to-one interviews to map existing processes, define requirements and produce data catalogues for a community hospital in South West London. So far we have produced documentation for:
- Diabetes
- Gastroenterology
- Inpatient Care
- Pathology
- Prescribing
- Radiology.
Change Management
As part of a multi-site, multi-Trust Picture and Archiving Communication System (PACS) procurement in South West London, SD Partners worked with each Trust to produce local Change Management Packs. Each Pack included:
- Benefits Realisation Plan
- Change Management Plan
- Pre and post PACS process Maps.
