People: Rory King

The strength of SD Partners is in the experience, integrity and proven ability of its people.

For the last three years Rory has been engaged in a number of assignments in roles ranging from JAD Facilitator to Business Analyst to System Test Manager. Within SD Partners he has led the Company through a successful ISO 9001 exercise.

Prior to this Rory had spent over 20 years in the Civil Service, working on corporate policies where strategic awareness and strong communication skills were necessary to inform and influence staff at senior levels. In addition to representational work with a range of large organisations, Rory has worked on many projects where it has been necessary to analyse and report on information from a variety of sources. He has conducted surveys, led discussion groups/ seminars and prepared many Board level papers and reports. Teamwork and people management also feature strongly in his portfolio of skills.

Recent/current projects include:

JAD facilitation and documentation for various information systems including EPR for the Cornwall Health Trust Queen Mary's Hospital and Kingston and Richmond HA.
Developing and maintaining quality procedures for Consultancy, Training and Software Development.
Providing training on a range of courses, e.g. JAD, Business Analysis Techniques, and Project Management.
