People: Anthony Dent

Anthony Dent is a Senior Consultant at SD Partners. His blend of technical and managerial skills qualifies him well to take on senior level consulting and managerial roles.

During Anthony's IT career he has worked in a number of business areas, including utilities (Electricity and Gas), finance (Securities and Insurance) and Government (for example Department of Transport and Health & Safety Executive).

He has advised on and managed a number of sensitive organisational change programmes. These include the introduction of organisations within the electricity industry to a series of phases of regulatory change, organisational change within an IT management structure, and the introduction of new approaches to IT development within a number of large companies.

Before joining SD Partners, Anthony worked for LBMS plc. Over a period of five years, he provided technical expertise to key corporate clients and managed teams of up to nine consultants. Prior to this he worked as a Business Systems Analyst with the International Stock Exchange for a year, and with LBMS plc for three years, as a Methods Consultant.

Anthony has a degree in Business Computing and is married with two children.
